Jason Meintjes is a photographer who doesn’t usually refer to himself in the third person in real life.
Jason, also known as ‘Son of an Electrician’ is drawn to portraiture and documentary work and wishes cameras were made of Lego, having taken apart and re-assembled his first camera because… well, it didn’t work? It does now and the rest, as they say, is history.
Recently, in a quest to better understand light and Lego, Jason began studying math and physics. As such, that free time he once spoke of devoting to conquering mountains and making tea is now non-existent, i.e., Jason is taking on few new clients.
